This is the third book that I’ve read set in the ”Blood Moon Rising” shared world; the previous two being [b: Goddess of Pain by Katie May] & [b: Goddess of Love by Lacey Carter Anderson].

Unlike the previous two books—which could pass as standalones—[b: Goddess of Flames by K.A. Morse] lacks a complete story arc. Not only that, but I couldn’t make myself care for any of the characters. They were the epitome of underdeveloped, and had as much personality as a speck of dust. There was just zero substance—to the story and to the characters.

The only reason that I didn’t dnf is because of how short this book actually is. Truthfully, I’m not really sure if this added anything to the multi-book “Blood Moon” story-arc.
