I knew it was going to be cute when I picked it up, but I’m a sucker for grumpy x sunshine! Blake is such an unassuming grump, it’s amazing. I liked Jenny as well as the sunshine, and she fit the role well, but I think she just didn’t stand out much to me.
Overall, a sweet and short read, worth the time if you want to read something nice.

This was a cute story about two women who knew each other in high school but then rediscovered each other as adults. Blake and Jenny are likeable characters, but it took me about 1/3 of the way through the book to become invested because of their assumptions about each other. The small town setting made it easy to appreciate their growing relationship though!

Also love it when Abby Craden narrates books!

This was a cute, spicy story. It was like a fall version of In the Event of Love by Courtney Kae. The relationship between Jenny and Blake was really sweet and I liked how much each of them grew individually.
