Just a lot of fun. I love the narrator a lot. And her partner. And her dog. I wasn't totally sold on the presentation of a more inclusive future but I liked the spirit of it. Just in general a fun and intriguing book.

Okay, I'm calling this. DNF @ 35% plus the last two chapters so I could find out what happened. Can't believe this was nominated for a Hugo. Also, also I think this will be my last book by this author, except for finishing out the Lady Astronaut series.
