i just didn't like how the structure mirrored the first book. i wish she would have made it more diverse!

A very good sequel to the first book the first book- the housemaid. Sometimes I feel that a sequel can be not as good as the first book, however I didn’t feel that with this one, it was just as good. I really enjoyed the storyline, understanding Millie’s character more and the multiple plot twists at the end.

Like the other book in this series, this had lots of twists and turns, many of which I didn’t anticipate. It was interesting and vicious and terrifyingly possible. The characters are a bit unloveable but complex and intriguing.
