I really enjoyed this, but I enjoyed the first book in the series more. The romance in this one was great, but I felt like there were a few too many issues (Avery's family issues, Ky's family issues) brought up in the series for their eventual resolutions to feel real.

Avery and Kyla met at the airport in Australia and it just so happened they were seat mates on the flight to San Francisco. Those fourteen hours changed the course of both of their lives forever. Ky sweetly put herself on the 6-month waitlist for Gia, San Francisco just to see Avery again. What followed was a simply delightful story filled with tons of chemistry, steaminess, chuckles, and smiles. This book was simply fantastic in every way!

I like both leads in this, Avery & Kyla, they were both equally fleshed out. This is a toaster oven romance that takes place over a 2 week period. The initial connection happens off page months prior to kinda explain the instalust… but yeah, it’s thin. Jenn & Val are back from book 1 in a background capacity which was nice. Landon still sucks and managed to suck more and I have no idea why his juvenile behavior is tolerated by so many people.
