An odd book on grief and loss. At times I found this book to be rather honest in its descriptions of losing someone you love, some passages were so beautiful I had to read them twice. But at times I found it disjointed and confusing. It’s a hard book to rate for this very reason, but alas I’m glad I read it

A quirky little book that may not be for everyone. I know nothing about the poet Ted Hughes and instead imagined the crow as a tangible representation of grief. The writing is poetic and then raw in places. Grief is uniquely personal and this book definitely demonstrates that concept. A definite 4.5

I love books about grief and I also like the takeaways of this book a lot but I cannot lie and say I don't find the writing here a little too... Disjointed.
