this was the last of my christmas books for 2024 and i could not have asked for a better one. does jillian have a background in fic? because this reads like a fic in the absolute BEST way. gave me all the vibes of being on ao3 at 2am and squealing because your ship that’s been pining for each other for TEN YEARS has finally had their fuck it moment and gone for it all 😭 the found family in this is so lovely and the ✨yearning✨ was just absolutely immaculate. sign me up for all the yearning, always. gavin and lena deserve the world
