Quite enjoyed it, though I think I disliked one of the main characters more than I was supposed to.

An interesting followup to the first book! The Love of Danger develops the world more thoroughly and brings in lots of new aspects of being a superhero. New things are revealed, and groundwork is laid down for a sequel. Like the first one, this one was tricky to guess the plot twists of, but it all made sense in the end. Very engaging and fun while also commenting on various social issues.

This was a great read for my flight back home, a sequel to the previous Kensai, now with even more superhero antics! I especially enjoyed the appearance of her elderly relatives, who were still up for some heroics themselves. Fun pop-culture references, over-the-top plot twists, and fighting for justice!
