This is a series of short stories, starring Hercule Poirot. I think after reading this, I have decided I like her novels better. I felt like I had no time to try and decipher the cases but they were fun little short stories. I think I like her novels because I actually feel like I can put together clues and try to solve the case even if in the end I'm wrong. If you're into Agatha Christie and you're into short stories, I would give this a read but I would not read this as your first read or if you're just getting into Agatha Christie. Overall good.

I think I'm more of a fan of Christie's longer novels as the short stories seemed too short and I kept having to get back into the start of each case rather quickly. Also there felt like there was a bit of unnecessary racism in a few of the stories that I could have done without. Others I did enjoy though, but again, I feel like I just enjoy the longer novels better.

Once again the queen of mystery makes me think and question how smart I really am with how many times she makes me go "what?!" Lol an enjoyable selection of short stories I think my favorite was the case of the missing well though I enjoyed all of them
