Read it

Interesting and thought provoking

Definitely an interesting read. The psychological aspects were interesting, shoving a boy into the limits of human endurance. The ending definitely felt odd, and pacing throughout the book was quite jumpy.

Took me several days to finish because I got bored of it for some reason. Probably because all the battle scenes are repetitive. I did like the ending and im curious about book 2 of the series but maybe not any time soon.
adventurous dark reflective medium-paced

It was fine ig. I can respect it for the legacy it holds but I have 0 intention of reading anymore of the series as it wasn’t mind blowingly great for me.

Why did Val & Ender’s dialogue sound so much like Cathy & Chris from Flowers in the Attic?
adventurous inspiring mysterious fast-paced

It’s a tells a compelling story on the military industrial complex grooming kids for future wars. As well as using the next generation as a scapegoat for acting out the older generation sins.
