Sheep in a cave will always remind me of The Odyssey. I doubt 4-year-olds will have the same literary baggage.
This is probably one of my favorite stories right now. All these animals do their best to try to cheer up bear. It is a great way to show that we should go out of way to do nice things for others, but also to understand that just because we think someone needs something does not mean they want it.
Very sweet book with a thoughtful sheep who uses her strengths to their best advantage, a delightfully cranky bear and a great rhyme scheme.
wonderful picture book about being a good friend and thinking of others.
I like a good rhyming book. It makes the book feel more fun. The characters were cute and had wonderful intentions, but sheep was definitely the sweetest!

Such an adorable children’s book, even as an adult this book gave me a chuckle. I was excited to see it was a series. Loved the illustrations.
