Beautiful art. Felt like I was looking at a classic art style from my childhood somehow. I like the idea of trying to inspire the reader to do their part to end world hunger. Very anti-capitalist. We really could feed everyone on earth if food wasn’t being put behind a paywall by greedy capitalists. Access to food should be a human right.

Alex Ross' art is ofc splendid, and the idea of this story feels like a load bearing idea that's crucial for the character, but this one doesn't work as a comic book for me.

Dini floods the page with a little too much writing at times, and it feels like the two authors are doing great work in parallel, while only occasionally harmonizing.

I really, really liked this one. I was not much of a fan of clark/superman but at this point.... I'm changing my mind.

A very poignant Superman story wherein he attempts to tackle world hunger, but finds that (of course) it isn't that easy. I was reminded of his attempt to help the people of Gotham during "No Man's Land". His intentions are the best, but most people just aren't like Superman. But you have to hand it to him, he never gives up.

I really liked this, and the art by Alex Ross is of course stunning. It works better for me in this format than in books like "Justice", actually.

Loved the artwork in this really large format comic. The story was a bit schmaltzy but still affecting.
