It's a little slow getting into, but once you do it's a rollercoaster ride. I loved the POV(s) about feminism within this book. It points out that feminism can come about in different ways. There were a lot of problems (good ones) within this book which made it that much more fun to read.

as much as i like the topic, the way the characters were going through it made me annoyed about it bc it felt very forced and a lot of it was very counterintuitive to the cause. winona really had it right all along. but i did like the friendships and getting go know each other. but it lost two stars because, again, annoyed for most of the book and it felt oh-so slow paced and i’m not sure it really hit on its points.
I feel like this is the Barbie movies of books.
I guess I can’t judge because it is a YA book, but like it’s def on the younger side where I was like “yea maybe I’m too old for this type of YA.” It has a surface level discussion of feminism but does dive into feelings of being high achieving, failure, and social status.
I liked the romance between the ML and FL. They had some cute moments.

I loved this book. The characters were written so well and the plot twist(s) were incredible. I loved how it tackled sexism and racism. It brought up such good points about both topics. Would recommend.
