This book made me cry. I wasn't quite sure about the inherent infidelity of the premise that these three women get stood up by the same man, but I trusted Beth O'Leary, and I was right to. And of course with this author the tackles mental health in an upfront way as well. I don't know that I'll read it again, but I'm glad I picked it up. Everything did end up worth it in the end!

I get what the author was trying to do with the twist here but it came far too late in the book for me to care very much. I had lost interest by then because the book was so repetitive and when I got to the twist, I was just like, “oh, well okay then.” 🤷‍♀️
