Idk why I'm struggling to give this a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I did complete it in less than 24. I'd slept on this book for 2 entire years, and this is my first agatha christie.  The sudden change of language was a bit jarring but I loved loved the refreshment that these complex characters provided who absolutely didn't feel like the exact copies of each other. The 'twist' wasn't that GREAT or smthn but all this rich family drama kept me HOOKED. I think the only person i really liked is Midge and ofc Poirot (he feels like a sweetheart), other than that everybody was so hard to like that it made them realistic, humaner. Maybe I'll change the rating? Not sure.

I did guess this one about 3/4 of the way through (does that even count though?). This was an intriguing web of characters. Slightly greyer morality than her usuals too. Fascinating.
