The sequel to Love That Dog is just as brief and just as touching as the first book.

This book is the sequel to Love that Dog. It was very cute, and I could connect more with Jack this time around. This time, he is a lot more secure about his writing skills, even though he recognizes he has much to learn. In this book he talks about how much he hates cats, but in the end, how they can turn your heart upside down.

very cute, worth the 20 mins it takes to read

awwww. another deeply moving story with very few words, and lots of reading between the lines.

Nice follow up to Love That Dog. Jack continues to learn about poetry and continues to write. We learn more about Jack himself and his family. Again a well written book that is enjoyable and great for young readers.

Sequel to Love That Dog. I liked this one even more and with such a limited amount of communication, is is fun how we get to know Jack's family and life a little more in this book.

It was cute, and I liked the ending, but it just wasn't as good as Love That Dog. If you really loved Love That Dog, it's worth a read, but to me it felt like an epilogue that you didn't really need or want.
