you have to be kidding me. how on earth is everyone here college students? they act like elementary kids! ava is too self-centered and fake femme fatal when really she's just a major bitch. colton is such a fucking creep and loser.

whoever hyped up this book does not deserve to give reviews!

"I'm drowning, trying to reach the shore, but no matter where I look, I only see him."

Okayyyyyy.... Sin-Bin was like something out of wattpad (which it apparently is). And I LOVED it. It was not what I expected but still, I was absolutely so into it.

I was a little deterred by the surprise at the end of the book (iykyk) It's not a trope I usually enjoy, I guess. But still, as always, since it's a hockey romance, I ate it up. Can't wait to read other books by this author!

Pregnancy tropes are the worst. There were a lot of opportunities to develop romantic scenes more that just weren’t taken. And I really hated the alternating use of characters last names and first names in reference to each other - it was so unnatural - like I get people in hockey culture do that but the use in this book was disjointed. I think this is my first one-star hockey-smut review and I was gonna go two due to guilt but that sappy epilogue made me roll my eyes more times than I can count. I really don’t wanna be on this author’s shit list FR because getting a work like this to publication is a big deal; AND what is my cup of tea isn’t the next persons - I was just soooooo turned off by this book, pun not intended (for once).

Choppy writing. Way too drawn out. References to movies, shows and popular books were happening way too often and distracting. Misogynistic at times. Cringey.
And was the surprise pregnancy needed?
