3.5 stars but rounding up ⭐️
I didn’t really love the first half of the book… it was a little slow and I was annoyed with how the kids took for granted traveling across all of Europe with their rich Guncle. However, the second half of the book made up for the first half, and I ended up really enjoying it.

I don’t know if it is because I read this right after finishing the ACOTAR series, but this one didn’t give me all the charm the first one did. There was definitely some of in it here don’t get me wrong, but I didn’t really feel connected to the story until about 60% of the way in. After they all came together in Italy is where the story picked up for me. I listened to the audiobook of this one and I love Steven’s narration. I loved the ending of the book, but the first part sort of dragged for me.

I give this 3.5 rounded up to 4!
