It was ok sums this book up. I was getting into some of the characters and enjoyed learning more about them as the book went on, but then the book just ended. Like, poof. I get that it's part of a trilogy but I generally like things to be a bit more wrapped up than that.

That being said, I liked most of the characters and the writing kept me interested. I will read the next two books because I am hoping they'll draw me in the way this one did. Fingers crossed for a real ending at the end.

More like 3.5 I really enjoyed the characters and the story, but I'm not a huge fan of present-tense books, so it took me a little to get used to. Very cute though, and I've already borrowed the second one from the library.
