From page 1 I was addicted to this story. Starting off with Sabrina giving her fiancé the proverbial middle finger and leaving him at the altar, to running into Tyler, her student’s father while she’s drowning her sorrows, I needed more. And listening to Teddy Hamilton portray Tyler, I was practically drooling.
This series is incredible. Lauren really knows how to write a good hockey romance. Thank you Lauren for the opportunity to grab early copies of this one.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When on the morning of her wedding, Sabrina gets accidental voicemail from her soon-to-be husband… She decides that the best way to expose his cheating self is to play the voicemail allowed for all to hear as she starts walking down the aisle. But unfortunately, the marriage was more of a business partnership than real romance, so her dad disowns her and fires her in the same breath , forcing her to do odd jobs and try to make ends me in addition to her skating coaching. Naturally, star hockey player Tyler Falcon’s mom, knowing he’s had a crush on Sabrina for over a year, decides to hire her as a nanny for the kids. after she ran away from her wedding, she went to the nearest bar and ended up drinking with Tyler, which led to her confessing all of her thoughts about how terrible her relationship was with her would be groom and propositioning Tyler… Nothing happened, but will they be able to live under the same roof without sparks flying?
This book gives us sports romance, runaway bride turned live in nanny for single dad, He falls first (I’m talking - has had a crush on her for YEARS), forced proximity, spicy lessons, and some found family. The way Tyler just immediately wants to take care of Sabrina and look out for her, bringing her thoughtful gifts, while trying to keep things professional made my heart melt. He’s down bad for her and there were so many ‘kicking my feet’ moments in this book where I swooned over how sweet this was (but the spice was ALSO great!

I'm sad that this is the last installment of the Love and Hockey series. I've enjoyed every book in this series, and this one was no exception. Lauren writes top tier banter and compassionate characters. She puts so much heart into her writing, characters, and her audience.
Sabrina and Tyler were kismet. They had instant chemistry and I was there for it. Tyler's kids were adorable and I loved them. The found family aspect, the strong girl gang, and Tyler's meddling family all add to the perfect rom-com vibes.
Thank you, Lauren and her team for gifting me an early release copy of this audio!
