this book shocked me so many times it should be considered a thriller tbh

this was actually a really good exploration of censorship and also the relationship between religion and the state. i was not expecting that. a very quick and easy read and such an innovative concept

A brilliant, clever book. At first I was unsure, but let yourself get a few pages in and it all starts getting very interesting. The mind boggles!

This was a very fun book! A cute story and original idea, and I really enjoyed the literary-ness of it. The language was so pretty at times which made the book all the more enjoyable.

I really enjoyed this book! Super easy read, it was so difficult to put down once I started it. Very cleaver word play. I’ve never read anything like it, cute and lighthearted while also displaying the trials of impending totalitarianism.

Pretty silly, up for very wide interpretation, I’m glad it wasn’t any longer. More than anything it inspired me to expand my vocabulary
