Brother's best friend and both parties have been nursing mutual crushes on the other. Very quickly and fun.

Spice Scale
 〰️ No romantic plot
🤍A dash of romantic plot is there, but mostly handholding. The romance in the title is a blip
🩶A romantic plot is present, but doesn't get past kisses and hugs.
💚 There is some light spice, but closed door
🧡 There are mildly descriptive spicy scenes, but they are finished very quickly and could be easily skipped over.
🤎 Spice is present, very descriptive, but doesn't overwhelm the plot.
🩷 There is a plot, but there are quite a lot of descriptive spicy scenes that are different encounters that span back to back chapters (chapter changes that are just POVchanges do not count).
💜 Plot? There's just enough to get to the next round of spicy times.

Yani and Rashad were cute. Yani had this naive innocence, until she was behind closed doors with her crush. Her brother reaction was expected, but I’m happy with the quick change of heart. I like how they both held their stance.

I’ve never read anything by Peyton Banks before but when I saw this novella on Everand, I just had to give it a listen.

I’m not familiar with this series but this quick read was pretty good. I really liked Rashad and Yani. If you’re looking for a quick spicy read, pick up Knockin’ The Boots

The narrator, Ja’Air Bush is also really good. Can’t believe I haven’t seen her name on other audiobooks in the romance and mystery genres that I read.
