I had a great time reading this!
While the book is labelled as a rom-com, to me it felt more like the journey of a grieving woman done with life, set along a ridiculously extravagant wedding with the typical stereotypes and kooky folks (who have some grief and loss of their own).
I really enjoyed the journey Phoebe (and other characters) go through in realising what they want in life, or don’t, and how to be brave enough to go for it. It felt like a reflective story first, with comedy sprinkled through second.

Five stars. No notes. Wouldn't change a thing. Easily one of my favorite reads of the year so far. Couldn't put it down and wish I could read it again from scratch.

Argh, that one took me a while. All in all a great book with an entertaining plot.
The start of the book felt very heavy and slow though, the writing style reflected Phoebe's mental state pretty accurately. That made it hard for me personally to continue reading the book..
