Ah - chefs-kiss of a book. Plot-wise and character-wise this book is perfection coming close to a read-alike of the Kushiels Dart series in its beautiful blend of fantasy, action, suspense, and romance. Not quite as much eroticism in this as in Kushiels Dart, and the writing style is dramatically different. I don’t think I’d classify this as YA on its own, but it’s definitely not the lyrical epic fantasy language of the Kushiels series either. Still - if you can handle the modern clipped writing style and you love plot and character driven stories that center on fantasy and romance, then this is for you. I’m sorry but you will need to read Book 1 first. I promise it’s worth it though.

Omg soo good. Ups and downs. And I spent half the time angry at someone. And now I'm done with it want to see what happens next. I am in love with this series.

I finished this book with TEARS. I haven’t been so in LOVE with a book series since high school (7 years ago).

So this is everyones favorite of the series. I definitely enjoyed it and now we have our inner circle. But I honestly think that the hype of a lot of it is a bit overhyped. But that's just my personal opinion. But I do really like the relationships within the group and of course, Feyre and Rhys. I love that she's starting to train and even saves Rhys at one point.
