The second book in the ACOTAR series definitely didn’t disappoint but it was very difficult to stay attached. There’s lots of build up with no climax until the very end and it’s a great ending but I feel like Maas spent too much time building up to a single moment that’s only two chapters of the entire 624 paged book. Looking forward to the third book!

Oh my God. This was so amazing. I tore through this book and was kicking my feet and absolutely had goosebumps all over my body when I finished it.

By far the best of the ACOTAR series, ACOMAF encapsulates what Sarah J Mass does best. A love triangle rife with tension, a heroine who must overcome past traumas, and an attractive yet morally grey male lead.

definitely worth the read! Could have been 5 stars but was more on the slow burning side! again great series for a fantasy starter book.
