There's some solid key information in this book at an intermediate level of understanding of LBGTQ+ identities. I did like the qualitative data presented from participants but I felt that the book was repetitive to make points throughout the chapters and often used the exact same quotes to illustrate different points. I also felt the case studies were not as diverse as I would have liked, and I think some of their specific outcomes and experiences were heavily dependent on industry and location which was touched upon but not in depth.
