An intriguing idea of reincarnation, just not sure how I feel about the execution of it. The flashbacks were repetitive and sometimes hard to see how they fit into the overall story. They made more sense by the end but they still had to explain them to us. I would’ve enjoyed seeing more of their love throughout their past lives instead of just getting a glimpse at the very end of those lives. That would’ve fleshed out Evelyn and Arden more for me and I would’ve had more of an attachment to them. Instead we got repeated conversations of her asking why he keeps having to kill her with poor excuses from him on why. But who cares when in the end, the power of love defeats all evil

The concept is amazing & parts of this story work well, but it was poorly written and didn't reach anywhere near the full potential of where this concept could go. Characters didn't feel fleshed out enough, like I got to the end of the story just not feeling anything towards our main characters and their romance.

There wasn’t enough depth to the main characters for me to be invested in what happened to them. I think if you knew what was going on earlier it would be better too. Also, it takes them thousands of years to attempt to fix the problem and then it’s resolved really easily which was a bit frustrating.
