I barely understand what is going on…but I’m going to keep reading and maybe one day I’ll get it and also I love Blake’s writing regardless!!

This book made me want to go back and rerate the first book lower. I read The Atlas Six to really remember much, but just a few pages of the sequel was enough to take me screaming back. All the action and interesting characters buried underneath pages and pages of philosophical meandering. Except this time it veered from “convincingly atmospheric for the dark academia setting” to “completely incomprehensible.”

Quite frankly, I have no idea what this book is about. I struggled HARD to get to the end, I’ve spent the past 6 days and 400 pages wondering where Libby I’d and when she’s coming home.
