I love reading British teen fiction, it always seems so much more realistic than US young adult. I loved how I believed all of the characters and the situations that they got themselves in. There were some genuinely laugh out loud moments, but ultimately, I found the plot a bit too repetitive.

I would give this a 3.5 but of course Gr doesn’t have that as an option. I did like this story, I laughed aloud at some things, and it really was a light read. For me it hits only as almost a four star book. I wouldn’t read it again, but I read more books by this author.
This wasn’t what I expected to be...one of my least favorite reads of this year.
Although I only gave it three stars, I do think this is an extremely fun book, and I definitely don't think it's bad. I laughed and smiled the whole way through and had a really good time with it. It's fast-paced and really easy to read, which made it the perfect summer read and the perfect book to get me out of a massive reading slump. It does have issues though, and is not a particularly striking story, which means it will probably be pretty forgettable.
It's fun and cute, but not much else. That's not necessarily a bad thing though.

Hilarious and short. I really enjoyed this book. Okay, it's about sex, but it's written in a funny way, about two virgins that want to have sex before they are attending university.
What I loved about the book were the Harry Potter references made by Robin and he kept saying it was his sister that was a fangirl and not him. It was hilarious.
This book isn't the best book I've ever read, but it isn't bad either. It still deserves 5/5 stars. In a rate from 1 to 10 I would give it a 9.0. So 4.5/5.

*I received this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
TW/more of a content warning: Drugs, alcohol, sex scenes (consensual)
This book is adorable and stressful at the same time! There are connections, missed opportunities, misunderstandings, kissing, fighting, laughing – basically everything. All of it combined will make you go through a rollercoaster of emotions. There were times I laughed and times I had to put the book down out of embarrassment or frustration.
This book is so real. It’s not sugar-coated at all – and I’m not only talking about the above warning. This book also addresses friendships, the competition that can happen between girls, the stress of graduating and getting into your favorite college. It is a very authentic representation of 17-year-old’s struggles. (Well, maybe not the fact that they have enough money to go on trips to Greece and basically Coachella, but hey, it’s a book, not a reenactment of all our lives).
On top of that, this book is told from two POV’s – Hannah and Sam. I loved this because you got to see how the relationships played out on both sides, what boys thought of a situation and then what girls thought of the same situation. The contrast was just superb and really contributed to the authenticity of the story.
