WTF, the second half of this book was just..wrong, should have ended differently, but still, the writing is good and there are themes very difficult like PTSD that are treated right

I called the BBEG at about 30%. Around 60% through, I was confused why there was so much time left. There was a major plot hold in the beginning of the story that I kept thinking back to.

Why didn't anybody ask Josh who was watching their home in the first chapter???

 
I'm glad that I finished the series but this was my least favorite of the series for sure. 

The ending was interesting...?

- first off: i support women's rights but i also support women's wrongs

- WOW OK THAT WAS DEFINITELY SOMETHING
- THAT WAS SO INTENSE

- i'm very proud of myself for figuring out Jason was the DT Killer early on
- I NEED TO KNOW IF PIP AND RAVI GOT TOGETHER AGAINNNNNN
- find someone who's willing to wait 694 days like ravi did
- JASON KILLED BARNEY YOU SON OF A BITCH
- framing it on max that was such a smart move. bitch got what he deserved
- also, ravi was right. pip could've DEFINITELY confessed and blamed it on self defense (WHICH IT WAS)

- i read the entire second half in one day and the entire last 40% of it in one sitting
- i didn't like how slow it got in the middle but it was worth it in the end

I don't think this book was my favorite. I think as this series went on, i think i did not love the characters as much. I enjoy this book and felt that it was hard to predict the twists ad turns but the main character became very unlikable and because of that i tihnk this book feel a iitte bit flat for me. It was a quick listen but i am not sure this series got better as it went on!
