I love Marie Benedict books. They are written in my favorite genre, historical fiction. The plot is slower than usual but when I analyzed it, it had to be that way. Why? Because all these brilliant writers were trying to solve a crime using the tools they use in their own stories. I have only read books on two of the writers: Agatha Christie and Dorothy L Sayers. Doing my research on the other 3 writers.
