The whole time I was reading this book over the weekend, I couldn't help wonder if Half Blood is some twisted boring fan fiction of Vampire Academy. It appears Jennifer L. Armentrout just finished reading the first Vampire Academy book and thought "cute but of instead of Vampires, let me make it about Greek gods".
Dying to know what this book is about, read the synopsis for Vampire Academy, replacing the word vampire with Hermatoi. Am not exaggerating. I don't even know how I managed to read the entire book.

When I started reading this book, I have this feeling that this would be some kind of cheap supernatural series. I liked it but Im not crazy about it.
