As with any anthology, some stories are more to my liking than others, but the majority here are bizarrely wonderful.
My tastes lean toward bizarro that has some grounding in reality before flying off into the clouds. That said, here are the highlights for me.
I really liked Chandler Morrison’s heartbreaking bizarro, Reptile.
Mister Frank J. Edler’s Dawn of the Night of the Dying Alive skillfully merges horror, fantasy, and humour in a bizarro package.
Brian Asman adds strange sci fi to the anthology.
Sam Richard wins on title alone with We Have Always Lived in the Jiffy Lube.
Kyle Rader’s Ingrown brings the grossout factor, then John Wayne Comunale takes it home with ... something. Not sure what.
