I think a lot of people have misinterpreted the meaning for this book.
Saying it was repetitive and a lot of it was "fighting off your demons" style is true, and that's the point.

This book is meant to be read mainly (but not limited) by those who need to stay strong (hence the title) whilst going through hardship. The constant reminders of similar things are good, if you read it a page a day, because I found myself forgetting, then being reminded to do certain things or think certain ways.

This book is obviously not going to help everyone, there's no way that could be achieved, but it's a solitude and reference to those it can help.

To me personally, it helped my get in the right frame of mind each morning and helped me find a "goal" each day to help me better myself and push through struggles.

This book was perfect. Yes I'm a Demi lover so I'm slightly bias but regardless, her words were and uplifting as anyone's.
