I loooved this cozy witchy read! these characters are so cute & fun & I loved reading by about them as they learned about their new powers & interacted with ghosts. & the romance was fun!

I really liked everything about the plot of the story. The reason this received a lower rating for me was partly due to the writing. I actually liked the writers style and will read more from her. It felt like events were rushed and the pacing didn’t really make sense. There were also some mistakes that I feel like should have been caught during the editing process. Again, I enjoyed the way Molly wrote, and I really enjoyed the plot. It just felt rushed and unrefined and I can see so much more potential for it. Not

A little slow and large time jumps that you don’t realize happen. Interesting story that makes me want to know what happens in the second book.
I loved the setting of this book - haunted house in a quaint tourist town - and thought it was really well done... the rest of the book, not so much. The plot is patchy, the ending unsatisfying, and the romance has zero chemistry. Not a series to continue reading for me!
