This is absolutely the peak of Elsie Silver’s writing because I fell in love with BOTH Winter and Theo. I know a lot of people hesitate when it comes to picking up anything with the pregnancy trope, but Reckless feels like a warm hug on a freezing, winter night so I’d suggest giving this a chance. Theo Silva is one of the most amazing men I’ve read about. He’s not perfect but he’s the perfect one for Winter. There’s something profoundly charming about having someone look at you and just know you. The banter and smut here were incredibly good and fun to read. Vivi was an adorable addition too!

Easy read, I enjoyed the book but not as much as the first 2 in the series.

this is probably my favorite…! highly tied with heartless.
Winter and Theo have such a special relationship because their personalities are almost oppositte at first, but slowly they start to discover each other and the tension is just golden!! from their first encounter that sparks just fly between them, even before they interact! I absolutely loved it and seeing things between them grow and develop is so goooooood!
Winter is a very cold person, kind of closed off and distant if she feels threathened and needs to protect herself… for example when she sees Theo again, after having Vivi. Theo is a very warm, open person and he has no trouble showing how much he is into her. and it's so fun to see the contrast between the two <3
there's this miscommunication in the beginning after Winter finds out she's pregnant, and that's what triggers the whole book and see everything unfolding after that breaks your heart for a bit and the rest of the book is basically them putting it back together in the most wholesome, fantastic way… it really took me by surprise and I loved it and it is one of those books that I'm going to take with me and that is going to stay for life… the whole series, actually!
