This was a very confusing book and I didn't really understand what was happening most of the time. It got dark towards the end and was hard to understand the style of writing.

I find this book very hard to rate, but I loved it nonetheless.

I read this for an English assignment, and I'm glad I did, as I've been wanting to read this for quite a while.

Admittedly, the start and up to the middle is a bit slow and not that interesting in terms of action, but I still find it very important to get to know the characters and how they go from being just a bit mean to being barbarians. However, the beginning too was far from boring, it was just slower than the second half.

It's appropriate for a very broad audience! Kids, teenagers, adults, and boys and girls. Of course, no book fits for everyone, but I'd recommend for everyone to try and read at least once.
