Quick, Hot, Smart, and Smutty.
Cassie and Jake are the perfect mix of hot sexual tension, and smart fun banter. Act of Congress is a quick read, and pretty much to the point. But Oliver & Hastings build up each character just enough so that you as the reader feel invested in them, and their story. This story is sexy and fun, but it’s also emotional and smart.
I really enjoyed that this story had a political feel without really digging deep into politics. It was just in the world.
All in all a great read, and an awesome debut for this series, from this duo.
