This one is really good and holds up with a re-read.

It’s still so funny knowing what we know now from the current arc and seeing Ashfur in StarClan in this book. Crazy bastard.

Every time they travel to that god forsaken mountain I know the book will be a damn SLOGGGGG. Boring and badly written, the poor tribe cats are treated like they're too stupid to figure anything out on their own, being babysat by clan cats. Lots of boring mellow drama. Literally skippable I don't think I would have missed anything that the next book wouldn't have filled in.

i need FEWER irrelevant plot lines about the tribe of rushing water I’m so serious

They’re so interesting but their plot has barely anything to do with the main one !!!!

This was good but sad at the end in my opinion. Tragic between half moon and jay feather.,

It's been a long time since I read the books before this one in the series, but it wasn't any harder to get into it at all. Just wow. A new favorite for sure
