The moment he tiptoed into her room to slip the ring on her finger, I couldn't resist a smirk. He fancied himself the sole obsessive, unaware she could match him step for step.

From arranged matrimony to a hazy mix of yearning and allegiance, Bianca and Vincent's story kicks off with a sizzle. Initially exhilarating, then eyebrow-raising, but hey, I'm all aboard for the possessive hubby and even more possessive wifey vibe. He toughened her, she mellowed him - quite the tag team.

This wasn't a story I was looking for but it was a good mafia smut. I will never forget the scene in which he runs his finger covered with her

Definitely didn’t connect with MC like in the first book of the trilogy. Bianca was a brat. Not like “oh I really don’t like this situation I am in” but like a bitch. I get that she is 18, but JESUS she is eye roll inducing. Anyway, the storyline was alright, I guess. The whole “whore” name calling was ick. (Mostly because it didn’t just happen in the bedroom, instead it happened whenever he wanted). Eh, this book wasn’t for me.

We meet Bianca when she’s trying to save her sister from a fate she knows she won’t be able to handle, Bianca knows this plan of hers will surely sign her death certificate but she doesn’t care about herself.
What she didn’t intend was that she would end up marrying mob enforcer Vincent, his ruthlessness is known through out the mob world and she’s scared what will become her.
It doesn’t take her long to realize “Vinnie” isn’t what he seems and she soon starts falling for him.

I loved this book and Vinnie is now on my book bf list.
He protects and loves Bianca will his every breath, and would burn the world down to keep her safe.

“I love you without obligation, without expectation. My love is the truest you’ll ever feel, the deepest you’ll ever know. I thought you knew that.” - Vinnie.

Arranged marriage✔️
Mafia Romance ✔️
Insane chemistry ✔️
Dirty talking Alpha✔️
Age Gap✔️
Bianca and Vincent’s chemistry is absolutely combustible.
This is a slightly different style of mafia romance/arranged marriage. It has a really different type of alpha “made man” in Vincent. He’s not typical and I really liked that.
I love how the story begins and how strong and fearless Bianca is in the face of danger. She is a ride or die for her loved ones.
Vincent has a reputation for being a cold blooded killer, I loved slowly getting to see his feelings and thoughts revealed.
The two begin their marriage in a very precarious situation and I thought this aspect added a lot to the development of their relationship.
I was not expecting the heat and naughty level that the authors brought, oh, my goodness! It’s all kinds of kinky and yummy sexiness. The dirty talk is WOW!

It was a super hot and sexy story with a side of surprising sweetness and emotional moments between the couple.
There’s danger, a bit of action and mystery as well.
Seriously, though…the heat level is high up there! Yummy!
I hope some of the secondary characters get a book of their own, Enzo in particular is very intriguing to me.

This was a pleasant surprise! My first book by this author and I enjoyed it. It’s a common storyline, arranged marriage that lead to love. What made this a good read was the fire between Vincent and Bianca. Talk about chemistry, I could feel it through my phone and boy, can Vincent talk dirty
