This is still YA, so there are things I’d have loved to see more fleshed out, especially the relationships between the characters, but damn what a story. I love this world of fantastic, whimsical creatures, plots and schemes, riddles and curses. This is escapism of highest level.

Finále Krutého prince jsem se nemohla dočkat a možná jsem byla natěšená až příliš.

Četlo se to skvěle, to nepopírám, ale ten děj už mi tak skvělý nepřišel. Čekala jsem něco trochu víc epického, abych si po dočtení mohla říct "wow, to bylo něco". Jenže já zaklapla knihu a bylo po všem. V klidu jsem se mohla začíst do něčeho jiného a na Cardana s Jude bych si ani nevzpomněla.

Poznat postavy této trilogie opravdu stojí za to, ale na druhou stranu od příběhu neočekávejte zázraky, abyste na konci nebyli zklamaní.

Really good book and entertaining. The ending could have been better but the alternative ending (you can fine on Google) adds good closure to the trilogy. This book was my favorite out of the series.

OKI BUT THE FACT JUDE NEVER GOT TO READ CARDAN’S DAMN LETTERS TO HER IS FRUSTRATING ME. THE MANZZZ WAS SUFFERING HARD WITHOUT HER.

This was SUCH a good conclusion to the trilogy! I love everything about Jude and Cardan’s relationship. All of the scheming and trickery and the love. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, and the ending was so sweet. I’m sad their story is over, but I’m looking forward to reading Oak’s story.
