pure smut. so far my least favorite of the series
I know Colt isn't a LORD—he only works for one, Tyson—but I assumed he and the his friends would get their hands just as dirty. However, compared to the other LORDS books, I felt the action and storyline fell a little short.
Raylee’s kidnapping was an interesting moment, but she essentially saved herself, showcasing her strength as a main character. While I appreciated her resilience, the lack of a significant twist was disappointing. Unfortunately, I saw the third-act scenario coming.
What I did enjoy, though, was Tyson's unwavering support. When Colt learned that Raylee had been kidnapped, he was with Tyson, and without hesitation, Tyson told him to bring her to the Cathedral. He even ensured a doctor would be there for her. Tyson continues to be amazing in every way!

Colton coming in here like a sleeper agent of sex and love. I didn’t ever really give him, Finn, Alex, or Jenks much a of a thought through the other books and that made this even better. Absolutely filthy and perfect.

I really really enjoyed this. 5/5 for spice, this is HOT. It wasn’t a bad plot, but it definitely could’ve been better, that’s why it’s 4/5 stars. I would recommend if you’re wanting a quick read with nonstop action and smut!!
They know how much I hate her, but they also know I'd kill them if they ever touched her behind my back. What can I say? I'm a complicated man.

I'll be honest in saying I really don't see the point in having this story as it didn't really have much to do with the Lords only the fact they work for Tyson. I will say I did like Raylee's personality and I love how she wasn't afraid to stand her ground and go toe to toe with Colton. Colton again was also pretty decent I do think that the plot was really dark and handled well in parts but I just don't know if I can justify it being part of it. For the last couple of books I will say the plotlines have been somewhat similar and I am just hoping that the next book moves away from this sort of plot. I will say I found this really well written and I did find myself not being able to put it down. With every dark romance book I read I say please check trigger warnings before reading this book there was a lot of dark themes and it's not for everyone. Check triggers!!
