My thoughts on Sabotage by Shantel Tessier.
My rating: 4 ⭐️
“I don’t know what’s going to happen today or tomorrow, but I do know that no matter what, Colton Knox will be by my side, reminding me that he belongs to me. And I will crawl on my hands and knees, begging him to make me his.”
Sabotage is a dark college step sibling romance, it’s technically part of the “L.O.R.D.S.” Series by Shantel Tessier but can be read as a standalone. I actually ended up loving this book a lot more than I initially thought I would. I have to say, Raylee is one of my favorite FMC’S that Shantel has wrote. She’s much different than the usual FMCS, but I loved her. The writing was amazing, as usual. I fear Shantel could do no wrong in my eyes.

Would I recommend this book? Absolutely, it was a quick but good read! I would say that you could read it during or after the series, because in my opinion there are no huge spoilers, I however have read all of the books that are currently out, and just circled back to Sabotage. As always, make sure to check the trigger warnings!

I read this book last year, I think? And I thought I had recorded it, but apparently not. This is in the world of the LORDS, but more tangential. It does have all the same dark romance/bully romance threads, and the some taboo parts (stepsiblings in this one). And as with any Shantel Tessier book, check the CWs! This one is definitely dark and twisty. But if you liked to world of Barrington, then this will definitely fit into your TBR.

Even though this was more of a taboo book than  I would normally read, I did enjoy it. Colten and Raylee are step siblings that have a very hate/love relationship and both of them would do some crazy things to protect each other. He ruins every relationship she’s been in and she set fire to a very expensive car. The humiliation in this book is on the extreme side and the things that happen were kinda hard to read but I read it anyway. This is a book that you need to pay attention to the trigger warning bc there is a very heavy part that could cause issues for some to read. All in all this was great book, short but definitely still good
