The beginning of this book was a struggle for me since I usually hate when the MMC and/or FMC messes around with other characters in books but once I got passed that, I really ending up enjoying the book.
I loved both the main characters, especially Colt. I could tell from the beginning that there were definitely feelings there but he obviously had a shitty way of showing it.
I was so happy with the outcome of their relationship in the end but wished we could have seen more of it. It kind of felt like it just ended a bit short, like there could have been a bit more.
All in all I thought it was a good book though and I enjoyed it.

I was looking for a fast-paced read because I could feel a reading slump creeping in… and this one was exactly what I needed. 🤩 I devoured it in one sitting. Shantel Tessier really has a way with words — damn 🤭🤭🤭.
Disclaimer before anything else: This book is 90% smut (honestly… let’s be real, it’s basically 100% 🤣). It’s crazy, unhinged, and yes, degrading for Raylee — but she was very clear from the start that this is what she wanted. Everyone has their own past, desires, and boundaries, and I’m not here to judge. That being said, I know many readers will see Colt’s behavior toward Ray as extremely degrading to women (and I agree in many ways), but again — her choice.
Plot? None. Let’s not pretend here — it’s pure, smutty chaos from start to finish. Colt is the definition of an over-the-top alpha: insanely jealous, wildly possessive, and willing to do literally anything to keep Ray by his side. But at the same time, he does things that don’t match his JP personality 🤔
⚠️ Trigger Warning: There’s a difficult SA scene in the book (not involving the main male character). It’s very detailed unfortunately and it’s tough to read, so please be aware before diving in.
In conclusion: I hated this book despite finishing it 🤣🤣🤣. The romance was inexistent (like I said — pure smut), there was no tension, no build-up. BUT… this is the kind of story that actually opened my eyes to certain aspects of sexuality and kinks, while also helping me draw a huge personal boundary I didn’t even know I had. For that, I guess I’m glad I read it — even if it’s not for me.

The characters in Sabotage were great. The hate between Raylee and Colton was deep and angry. You can feel it as you read but the tension evident between them is so strong too.
