I kind of hated it. Like its a good read, the writing is good. Its tight, its engaging its well written its a page turner. Theres nothing wrong with it its just depressing. Clark being trapped in the dark as part of this, the Flash driven insane. I just watched Bruce get his hand cut off. Like I cannot. Its one of those where I might end up not liking the run much after enjoying so much of it just because it keeps ending in so much defeat for Batman. Its exhausting after a while. He needs to get some kind of win here or there or its just too much.
Why fight|? Why bother? Also how is he not going to bleed out right now? I have so many questions
. Guess we might find out in the next issue or its just going to be another sort of misery fest. I did enjoy Clark coming by to put on the cape and cowl to spook people though. Thats always fun. I love that part in BTAS when he does that and assists Tim and makes him mad doing Tims voice too. Exceelent little homage moment for me there in the writing.
