Me reading Tweet Cute: a girl, cheesin’ ;)

I LOVE this book!!! I also love a complicated family and boy oh boy have we got some complicated family dynamics. Pepper’s mom is complex and makes a lot of bad choices and I think that is actually great representation.

The audio book was top notch.

Let me just say that Emma Lord is quickly becoming one of my favorite YA authors! Her books are very fun and full of heart, and I just know that I would've eaten these books up back in my YA days.

Tweet Cute, in particular, was just so dang cute! I absolutely adored the premise and all of the immaculate You've Got Mail vibes. Pepper and Jack were such fun and relatable protagonists, and I was rooting for both of them from page one. They were both so well rounded, and I loved getting to know both of them--their hopes and dreams and fears--and watching their relationship transform throughout the story.

And honestly, that's all I really have to say! If you're looking for some light and just plain adorable YA romance, look no further. This is the book for you!

Parts of this I really liked, but there were also parts that made me mad. For example, I don't think I ever read a YA contemporary with a mother (who wasn't written as abusive) that I so desperately wanted to slap.

A very cute romance read, great for when you need a mood booster! It’s also very slow at times though.
