Parts were funny and others weren’t as engaging for me.

I hate that this book was such a disappointment for me. She doesn’t seem to understand how to connect with people at all. For example, she went on and on about how we would all love to hear a story about someone who didn’t have to struggle to make it big… which is the exact opposite… those are the only stories worth telling!! We WANT to hear about the struggle! She never got into that aspect of her career and tried to tell a story with just the strength of her humor. But that’s just not enough for someone’s telling their life story.

1000000000000x better than Tina Fey's Bossypants. Goregously designed.

It was what I expected! Fun, funny, smart, light-hearted, genuine.

OMG THIS WAS GREAT! A perfect blend of vulnerability, humor and awesome life stories! I listened to the audiobook and HIGHLY recommend it. Best audiobook I've listened to in a long time.

This book is laugh out loud funny in a raw and genuine way. This vulnerable and sassy protrayal makes me want to become a better version of myself (or at the very least remember I'm not the only person who wishes we weren't slaves to technology). Kudos to Amy. I eagerly await her next work.

Meh. Not a fan of hers, although now I know what she’s done, at least. Those who like her work may enjoy the background stories.
