The last installment of the Wiccan Wheel Mystery series and it was a pretty good one to end on. Everything was tied up with a bow and it even had a happy ending. It was a perfectly fine cozy mystery.
Minor: Suicide
Autumn Alibi was a fun witchy cosy mystery and a perfect autumn read due to the focus on Mabon (and autumn in general). The characters are well developed, the plot was interesting and the book in general has so many layers that it's actually fun to read.

This was a lovely seasonal cozy full of secrets, magic, and an eclectic group of liars. I always love an old house with secrets of its own and this mansion had plenty of surprises up its sleeve. Keli is not only a smart lawyer, but she is also Wiccan who has solved mysteries in the past. I don't know much about the Wiccan religion and I love how pieces of it were not only included, but vital to solving the mystery. It is definitely something I am intrigued to learn more about and I love how it really shaped Keli as character. The fact that this mystery takes place around the Wiccan Autumn Equinox just really adds to this mysterious atmosphere.

In a house full of selfish people who are clearly holding secrets, someone must know what happened to Elaine the night of her death. Things are definitely not as they seem and when it is discovered that she was murdered and there might be a missing will, Keli is hired by her friend to find the will and she unknowingly enters an ever growing mystery. Things are disappearing - and they aren't the only things. Elaine's granddaughter had disappeared many years ago and Keli and her boyfriend Wes are determined to find her. I loved the quirky and suspicious characters and how the mystery just kept spiraling and morphing with so many different pieces. I had no idea of the truth and I loved the way things were revealed to us. Not only was Keli an interesting and wonderful character, her friends around her also each added something fun to following the story.

Though this is the first book I've read in this story, it definitely will not be my last. Thank you to the publishers for a free digital copy of this book.

I love this series and think that each book is better than the previous, this one was no exception.
I loved to meet again the cast of characters, read about their developments, and meet some new. This time we're left with a cliff hanger, not related to the mystery, and I hate to wait for the next book to know what will happen.
The mystery was complex and very good, I had some doubt about the culprit but the solution came as a surprise.
It was entertaining and engrossing and I read it in one setting.
I look forward to reading the next instalment.
Highly recommended!
Many thanks to Kensington Books and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine.

Interesting mystery. I liked how it played out. I felt the story got bogged down with the details of wiccan the mc practices but I suppose there wasn't another way to explain. The placement was awkward at times though. For example, when a man jumoed out at her and she grabbed her tattoos to throw a protection spell around her. There was half a page of explanation about the spell and tattoos when all I really wanted to know was about the man who had jumped out.
All in all it was a light quick read.

Not only is this another solid entry in the Wiccan Wheel series but it includes some good world building and a big, shocking twist! Don’t sleep on this Mabon Mystery!
