A perfect blend of the Hunger Games and Divergent.
I loved every word of this book and I honestly cannot wait to read the next book. The character of Thomas just totally blew me away and I feel as though he is a very relate able character.
The end of this book...just wow! I can't believe where they started at the beginning of the book and where they ended.

Might just be one of my favorite books...EVER!

I read this book in just a few hours, I could not put it down. It was very interesting and never had a dull moment. I cannot wait to start the second book.

There really just isn't enough here to care about reading any further in the series. When I read stuff like this, I really do kick myself for not just sitting down and writing a book, because apparently most any crap can make it on the New York Times bestseller list. I actually don't even want to spend the time to describe my litany of complaints, but the plot is lacking, as well as the character development.

The plot was amazing. However, the fact that there were over 50 male characters and only 1 female character was beyond disappointing. Even more so that her only real defining trait was being "beautiful." If I have to read about her blue eyes or pale, long legs one more gd time

I'm not a fan of how completely confusing the book starts out. The author purposefully keeps the reader in the dark, which I found incredibly annoying.

Page turner, but at times I felt the writing was a bit simple. I would have like to see more character development. And spoiler alert: I felt the death at the end was totally unnecessary and why I shouldn’t read dystopian literature.
