Not surprised I loved this last book just as much as the others. Its a great heartwarming series that is super fast to get through. Even though this was the longest book of the series with over 400 pages, I devoured it in one day. I will definitely do a reread of it!!!

The final story in the Warriors of Luxiria series, The Alien’s Claim is Jaxor’an and Erin’s story.

Erin is one of the last human females that were originally abducted from Earth. While some of the others have found their mates (earlier stories in the series), Erin and Crystal were stolen again from their current home in the Golden City on the planet of Luxiria. While Crystal struggles with her captive, Erin is caught by Jaxor’an.

So begins Erin’s captivity with the brooding, angry Luxirian who, she learns, intends to trade her away for some (unknown to her, initially) reason.

There’s a lot of conflict in this story, both MC’s bringing baggage to their relationship with their own unresolved issues. But with Erin being his fated mate, something slowly changes in Jaxor’s (he dropped the “an”) mind. The revenge he seeks may come at too high a cost. But, is it too late?

Several loose ends in the series are drawn to a close with this last story. The entire series is wonderful...if you haven’t read the others, start at the beginning!

I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book, however, this is my honest opinion.

A little too plot heavy for me, but a good way to end the series!

This was kind of slow in the beginning, but around 30% through it picked up. I think this was the best mating story in the series, not to mention that it had the most storyline with the overall plot of the series seeing as it was the last book.

Overall thoughts on the series? I actually really enjoyed it though I'm not sure this is a series I would recommend because I felt like the middle 3 book were repetitive. Although I enjoyed the last book the most content and romance-wise, I had series fatigue at that point and just wanted it to be over. I will probably read the spinoff duology at some point, but I'm over sci-fi romance for the time being.
